Publisher of Dar Al-Hadaek, specialized in children's literature. Editor-in-Chief of Ahmad and Touta Touta magazines.
She holds a PhD in media and a professor at the Lebanese University.
She has been writing for children since 1987 and has more than 140 published publications.
Her books have won several awards, including: “Etisalat” more than once, the “Arab Children’s Book Publishers Forum” award, the “Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences” award, and the “Best Book about Stories for People with Special Needs” award from the Anna Lindh Foundation. Her books reached several lists for children’s books, including: “Sheikh Zayed Book Award” and “The Books Selected for the International Association for Books for Children IBBY - Special Needs Category.” Titles of her books were included in the “White Raven” list of the International Youth Library in Munich.
